News Brief: Bear resistant trashcans for restaurants to be mandated

While town ordinances are in place for residential units, there is no such ordinance covering bear-proof trash bins for restaurants, Town Councilmember Jo Bacon said.

She said she would propose such an ordinance change at a future meeting.
