Really?

MMSA and Rusty Gregory are hosting a memorial service for an accused sexual predator who decided it would be better to kill himself rather than face the charges made against him in a court of law. Really?

What a shameful moment in MMSA history, and one that will forever degrade the memory of those who have been and will be similarly honored by the mountain for leading quality lives of good character, while contributing to the community, such as Andrea Mead Lawrence and eventually, Dave McCoy.

I've lost a lot of respect for Rusty, Jack Copeland and the rest of MMSA's senior management. It's shocking that apparently no one up there on the third floor has taken Rusty aside and said, "boss, this really isn't a very good idea." And where is Starwood and Barry Sternlicht in all this? I find it hard to believe that an outsider with a majority stake in the company would sign off on using mountain resources and cash to fund a memorial for an accused sexual predator.

What if it was your daughter who Bourne was accused of romancing, beginning at the age of 14?
