Bourne's death ruled a suicide

An autopsy for Dr. Andrew Bourne was conducted this morning by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Coroner with results confirming that he did commit suicide.

There is no evidence to suspect foul play in his death, according to the Mono County Sheriff's Department's press release.

Dr. Andrew Bourne's memorial service site has been changed again.

It is on Feb. 4 and will now be at Canyon Lodge. Rusty Gregory and Mammoth Mountain donated Canyon Lodge and will provide all food. Please do not bring food. A cash bar will be available.

Woman crashes into condominium, arrested with blood alcohol levels three times legal limit

A Mammoth Lakes woman whose blood alcohol limit was three times the legal limit crashed into a Snowcreek 1 condominium Sunday afternoon, doing significant damage to the building.
