Update Regarding MSU Athletics' Online Systems

On two separate occasions over the past 10 days, Mississippi State's Athletic Ticket Office has lost access to its hosted ticketing and donor management system that is contracted through NeuLion, Inc. As a result, Mississippi State has been unable to sell tickets, process donations, or access ticketing information for all or parts of 5 days in the past two weeks. NeuLion's network experienced a database and storage failure and most recently has been inaccessible since approximately 3:30 Wednesday afternoon. While we understand there was no intrusion or any other external activity that affected data, this has resulted in the temporary suspension of ticket sales.
